Returns and exchanges may be difficult in certain situations. Some of these scenarios include, but are not limited to:

Exchange Policy: 

1. Exchanges will be done if requested within 7 days from the purchase date 

2. Exchange can only happen if the customer wants to change the size only

3. Changing of an article is NOT allowed neither the color of the same article

4. If the customer Requests for a size change, it is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise on his own expense via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered mail.
